Password Reset Emails - Sunday, July 11, 2010
As we migrate the Pocket Cook Support Forums the system sends password reset email notifications. This is normal and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yes, you see it correctly. Pocket Cook is supported again. forums.pocketcook.net is up and running. It is being populated with the old system information. Systems are working again and if you would like to send an email, don't hesitate.

After installing Pocket Cook and registering, I downloaded the PDA software and received the message download was successful. After selecting "Install PDA software", I recieved the the following message, "PDA install () not found in the Pocket Cook folder".  During the initial start up I had selected "Pocker 2003 SE VGA Model".

Let me know know what corrective action are needed.

Do you have a Pocket PC VGA device. If not then you will need to download the latest version from our web site as there was a bug since corrected that could cause the message even if you didn't have a Pocket PC VGA device.

I have this same problem. I have followed the steps as the first post. I do have a vga device I am running a dell x30 2003se.

Make sure you are using the very latest version from our web site. As I said there was an issue which has now been corrected.

If you still have the problem, please advise the exact version number. And remember to clear out your browser cache before re-downloading.

Thanks for the quick response.  I downloaded Pocket Cook 2 days ago (April 2), the version of under help is 7.4.193.26394.  The PDA is a iPAQ 4700 which is a VGA device running Windows 2003 SE version 4.21.10088 (build 14132).

Let me know if this is not the latest version of Pcket Cook and I re-load.
