Yes, you see it correctly. Pocket Cook is supported again. forums.pocketcook.net is up and running. It is being populated with the old system information. Systems are working again and if you would like to send an email, don't hesitate.

With a new installation of Pocket Cookbook, I've created a personal cookbook in a separate directory and attempted to install on my Tungsten E. The installation appears successful, but only the 'Recipies' database is present. The sync setup showed both databases and both were selected twoway sync. I've added a 'test' recipe to the 'Recipies' database (both the original and the copy in my directory) and that update is not synced to the Palm. I've also tried to add a test recipe on the Palm and that is also not synced to the PC.

I installed version 7.3 (for Palm 5, hi res) downloaded on 12/26, I registered my purchase before the download and install. I've rebooted the PC (Windows XP pro). I've even tried uninstalling the cookbook and completely reinstalling it to no avail.

I'm open to suggestions.

Is there a file called sync.log in the Pocket Cook program Files folder. That will tell you what has been going on. If you right click the Hotsync icon and click on Custom do you see the Pocket Cook conduit?

Same problem, and I do not have a conduit under hotsync.

I found an item in the 'support' link from the home page that was posted about 12/27/04 that reported a problem with sync and that had a link to a patch. Downloaded that, applied it and all is working as it should. Good luck.
